Travis has over 25 years of experience as a hydrogeologist working with the state government and industry. Travis worked for the Department of Agriculture, Department of Water and Environmental Regulation as a Senior Hydrogeologist for 19 years and, more recently, with Fortescue Metals Group and Rio Tinto as a Senior Hydrogeologist for four years, along with private consulting services.

Chris Mulcahy has over 16 years of experience in water management, hydrological modelling of stream flow, dam designs and groundwater investigations. Thirteen years were spent with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation as a senior water licensing officer, three years as a Project Hydrogeologist for Fortescue Metals Group and four years of consulting.
